Tabletop Display Sizes and Colors

Size, color and how many panels, when ordering, depends on how much and what type of information you want to include. When choosing a color, the rule usually applies that the display's color should be more subdued than the colors of your graphics. Your audience's eye should travel directly to your signage, not to your display. If you require a color not shown on our swatch page, let us know and we can special order any color that works with your presentation and matches your graphics or product. Exhibit on both sides of tabletop displays by ordering Velcro loop fabric on both sides. Ideal for setting up in the middle of a conference room allowing sales information, graphics and photos to be observed by viewers from all around. A different color of Velcro brand loop fabric can be ordered on the other side of your panels at no additional charge. Choose how many panels in accordance with the amount of graphics you want to exhibit. Allow for a little extra room with a one inch border of Velcro loop fabric all around your graphics. We find it is more aesthetically pleasing not have your graphics squeezed together.

To scale down your presentation after purchasing your tabletop display, simply leave one panel blank and utilizing the 360 degree folding metal hinges connecting your panels together, fold it all the way around to the back of the display where it will not be able to be seen. The most commonly used table top exhibits at tradeshows and conventions are the 30" wide by 40" high panel size, triptych, three panel display that opens to 40" high by 90" wide and fits easily on to a six foot or eight foot table. The second most ordered tabletop displays are the 20" wide by 30" high panel size, triptychs, three panel displays that open to 30" high by 60" wide. They both fit conveniently into the three types of 30x40" or 20x30" transportation cases that we offer.
